Payment information. If you make purchases with us we collect your customer number and billing address. We do not share this information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
Employment information. We collect resumes, education, and employment history from applicants and employees. We also collect certification credentials and driver’s license information. We collect bank account information from employees. We do not share this information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
Site usage information. We collect information about the browser you are using. We also collect information about the sites you came from and where you visit when you leave us. We may also collect your operating system and IP address. We also look at the areas of our site you visit and any actions you make. We also collect device identifiers. This might include your hardware model. In some cases, we may share this information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

Third party agents: If you are submitting a request on behalf of an eligible resident, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and relationship to the resident. This may include providing proof that you are registered with the Secretary of State to act on someone’s behalf or proof of a power of attorney.
Our sites are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
